A subscription based professional development media channel that produces and provides content focused on career advancement for women and women of color in the workplace. There are three current programs: “Sharpen Your Skills Micro Workshops”, “Sharpen Your Skills Live”, and the biannual “Professional Women’s Advancement Summit”.
Sharpen Your Skills Micro Workshops
A monthly 60-minute micro workshop held on the “Advancing Women in the Workplace with FrancineParham & Co.” channel where Francine hosts and invites professional coaches, experts, academicians, authors and thought leaders to conduct a content-rich presentation on how to develop a specific professional skill for career advancement in the workplace as well as share relevant tools and resources.
Sharpen Your Skills Live
A moderated professional development discussion held on “The Advancing Women in the Workplace” channel where leaders, experts, coaches, and practitioners are invited to discuss specific topics related to the professional advancement of women and women of color in the workplace. Individuals share their insights, lessons learned, and professional experiences as well as engage with the attending audience to answer their questions.
